Customers in Switzerland or Liechtenstein can return ordered items (in unused condition) within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items are excluded from this right of return.
Please contact us by email before returning the item. This will allow us to process the return more quickly and occasionally resolve any misunderstandings in a timely manner.
Please use our original packaging for the return, or packaging of at least the same size and strength. Place the product in the center of the packaging and use sufficient padding around it. Please ensure the package is adequately stamped.
After receiving the goods, we will refund the invoice amount. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.Shipping policy
Shipping is handled from our location in Grenchen, Switzerland, and will take 1-3 business days. Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, there is no charge for Swiss Post shipping (ECONOMY: delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch) for orders of CHF 100.00 or more. For PRIORITY (delivery 1 business day after dispatch), an additional CHF 3.00 is charged. No parcels are delivered on Saturdays. The delivery times provided are provided by the Swiss Post. They are guidelines only and are not binding. whywood.ch cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your delivery.
