Please contact us by email before returning. In this way, we can process the return more quickly and occasionally clear up a misunderstanding in good time.

For the return, use our original packaging or packaging in at least the same size and with the same robustness as this. Place the product in the center of the packaging and use sufficient filler material around it. Please post sufficient postage on the package.

After receiving the goods, we will refund you the invoice amount. You have to bear the costs of the return yourself.

The dispatch takes place from our location in Grenchen CH. If the order is received (or payment is received in advance) on a working day before 8:00 a.m., the goods will be dispatched on the same day if the product is available, otherwise on the next working day. In no case do delays in delivery justify claims for damages or the right to withdraw from the contract.

For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, no costs will be charged for shipping by post (ECONOMY: delivery 2-3 working days after shipping) from CHF 40.- value of goods. For PRIORITY (delivery 1 working day after dispatch) an additional CHF 3.00 is charged. No packages will be delivered on Saturday. The information on the delivery time comes from Swiss Post. Shipping costs to other countries are calculated in the shopping cart. For deliveries abroad, duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price shown.
