Return & Refund
Customers in Switzerland or Liechtenstein can return the ordered items (in unused condition) up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Personalized items are excluded from the right of return.
Please contact us by email before returning the item. This will allow us to process the return more quickly and occasionally clear up any misunderstandings in time.
Please use our original packaging for the return or packaging that is at least the same size and robust. Place the product in the center of the packaging and use sufficient filling material around it. Please ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped.
After receiving the goods, we will refund the invoice amount, minus the shipping costs we paid and any customs fees. You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself. We will deduct any damaged goods from the purchase amount.Shipping policy
The shipment is made from our location in Grenchen CH and is dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. In no case do delays in delivery give rise to claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, there are no costs for shipping by post (ECONOMY: delivery 2-3 working days after dispatch) for orders over CHF 100.00. For PRIORITY (delivery 1 working day after dispatch) an additional CHF 3.00 is charged. No packages are delivered on Saturdays. The information on delivery times comes from the Swiss Post. They are guidelines and are not binding. whywood.ch cannot guarantee that your delivery will arrive on time.
Shipping costs to other countries are calculated in the shopping cart. For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the total price displayed.
In offers for custom-made products or large quantities, different shipping costs can be agreed.
