THE DOCK - DUO
The first charging station with integrated, retractable charging cables . The Dock Duo charges two devices simultaneously and keeps your desk free of visible cables.
The cables can be extended up to 75 cm . This allows the dock to stand on the desk while you comfortably hold your device in your hand while working or writing and charging it at the same time.
Thanks to its high charging power, The Dock Duo is suitable not only for smartphones and tablets, but also for laptops with a USB C port .
The dock is made of solid oak or walnut and stands on a precisely manufactured stainless steel plate , which gives the dock a high weight and thus a particularly stable stand.
Another highlight is the adjustable slot width . The device slot can be adjusted from 8 mm to 20 mm , making it suitable for devices with or without a case.

Returns and refunds
Customers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the EU can return ordered items up to 14 days after receiving them. Personalized items are excluded from the right of return.
Please contact us by email before returning any items. This will allow us to process returns more quickly and occasionally clear up any misunderstandings in a timely manner.
For returns, please use our original packaging or packaging of at least the same size and sturdiness. Place the product in the center of the packaging and use sufficient packing material around it. Please ensure the package is adequately stamped.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the invoice amount, less the shipping costs we paid and any applicable customs duties. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Damaged goods will be deducted from the purchase price accordingly.Shipping policy
Shipping originates from our location in Grenchen, Switzerland. Orders received (or payments received in the case of prepayment) before 10:00 AM on a business day are normally shipped the next business day. Under no circumstances do delivery delays entitle the customer to compensation or a right to withdraw from the contract.
For customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping via Swiss Post (ECONOMY: delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch) is free for orders over CHF 100.00. For PRIORITY (delivery 1 business day after dispatch), an additional CHF 3.00 is charged. Packages are delivered on Saturdays only upon request. Delivery times are provided by Swiss Post and are considered estimates only. WhyWood cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your delivery.
