Return & Refund
Customers in Switzerland or Liechtenstein can return the ordered items up to 14 days after receiving the goods. The right of return excludes personalized items.
Please contact us by e-mail before returning the product. In this way, we can process the return more quickly and occasionally clear a misunderstanding in time.
Use our original packaging for the return or a packaging of at least the same size and with the same robustness as these. Place the product in the center of the packaging and use around enough filling material.
After receiving the goods, we will refund the invoice amount. We do not cover the return shipping cost.
Shipping Policy
The dispatch takes place from our location in Grenchen CH. The processing time for the order to dispatch is 3 - 6 working days from receipt of the order (or receipt of payment).
For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, no costs are charged for shipping by post (ECONOMY: delivery 2-3 working days after shipping). For PRIORITY (delivery 1 working day after dispatch) an additional CHF 3.00 will be charged. No packages will be delivered on Saturday. The information on the delivery time comes from Swiss Post. They are indicative and are non-binding. whywood.ch cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your delivery.
Shipping costs to other countries are calculated in the shopping cart. For deliveries abroad, duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price shown.
Different shipping costs can be agreed in offers for custom-made products or large quantities.
