Customers in Switzerland or Liechtenstein can return the ordered items up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Personalized articles are excluded from the right of return.
Please contact us by email before returning. In this way we can process the return more quickly and occasionally clear up a misunderstanding in good time.
For the return, use our original packaging or packaging that is at least the same size and as robust as this. Place the product in the center of the packaging and use sufficient filler material around it. Please post sufficient postage on the package.
